What makes my classes different from the rest?

Unlike most cooking workshops, I don’t have a set menu. After receiving information from the questionnaire I send to you, I work to create a menu tailor-made for your group, factoring, dietary requirements, favourite cuisine and any dislikes you may have.

I work with you at the best time that suits your group.

I believe that flavour and presentation are equally important.

For the past 26 years I have cheffed on board private luxury yachts in the Caribbean and the Mediterranean , I have also had my own cooking show aired on tv in the US, Canada, and throughout the Caribbean, filmed on location in the British Virgin Islands, so lots of fun crazy stories to tell….

I have a pristine, beautifully decked out commercial kitchen, fully air-conditioned , centrally located in Enoggera, Brisbane, with easy access parking.

I can provide corporate team building workshops as well as special events for families and friends

You are provided with a booklet of all your recipes plus a certificate of completion.

At the end of the class, you can sit down and enjoy your menu.

We can also provide a video of your special day or photos ( at an additional cost)

ONLINE LIVE COOKING CLASSES

You can be anywhere in the world, sitting at home in your P.J’s,  I use the same format as above, except that you have the choice of cooking along with me in your home kitchen. I will provide you with the list of ingredients in advance as well as the recipes, or you can just sit back with a cold beverage and observe, feel free to ask questions along the way. I can also provide a video of the class ( at an additional cost).
